It has a motion sensor that catches the movements and thus conjugates them with the screen movements. The workouts emphasise slower and balanced movements thus giving a fitter and a balanced and toned body.

While the wii fit is a craze amongst the fitness lovers the hard core gamers still love to fight it out with the traditional wii games.
